Training courses. We offer practical – rather than theoretical – training courses to ensure sales, marketing, and PR and communications teams can start using their new skills straight away.
Our range of training courses answers many of the UK’s digital skill shortages as identified by the Digital Skills for the UK Economy Economy Report published on 18th January 2016, the Employment and Social Development report by RBC Economics Research published in 2019, and the World Economic Forum’s, Jobs of Tomorrow Report published in 2020.
Training courses can be delivered in-house or at other locations and can be customised to meet specific client requirements. All delegates have access to email and Skype support for four weeks after completing any course and also access to our digital toolkit and advanced digital toolkit.

Head of Communications & Reputation at Foreign & Commonwealth Office
“Robert Taylor’s media training session has to rate among the best half days that I’ve spent in a classroom environment during my working career. I appreciated the brisk pace of the session, the use of technology as a learning tool and the benefit of an experienced team of individuals who all had something to offer due to their varied backgrounds. I walked out of the session knowing that I’d learned something new, understood my weakness but also a confirmation of my abilities. All in all, the morning we spent with him and his team was a fantastic mix of anecdotes, insight, guidance, education, and enjoyment. More of the same please.”
